Your resource for

Mindful Mending and Yoga for bodies with asymmetries

Testimonials

From B:

“I have been taking Sara‘s yoga for scoliosis class at Living Yoga for years. The class is an amazing resource for those of us in the Denver Metro with scoliosis and other asymmetries. Sara herself is an extremely kind, gentle, and conscientious teacher. I’m grateful for all she offers.”

From R:

“Sara is the best! I take her classes for my scoliosis. She is very attentive, checking in at the beginning of every class to see how we are that day and then remembering what we have told her.  The pace is manageable and the focus of the positions rotates throughout the month.  She pushes us to get the most out of every position to lengthen and strengthen our backs. She knows her props and uses them well! Don't hesitate to try a class. You won't be disappointed.”

From M:

“Sara’s Scoliosis and Back Care classes are spaces of non-judgment, warmth and healthy back practice. She is a thoughtful and clear teacher.”
