How does a nice day in the park sound? A cozy gathering where we create art and make stuff with our hands in the park? Sign me up!
Join us on Saturday, May 18th, from 11am to 3pm at Wash Park in Denver for a day filled with crafty camaraderie and crafty conversations. Connect with other artists for an afternoon and find friends. You’re welcome to come for an hour or stay for the duration - come and go as you please.
Bring your project: knitting, crochet, embroidery, mending, sewing, drawing, painting, collage, or something else! Whether you're a seasoned artisan or just beginning your crafting journey, you'll find a supportive space to express yourself and forge new friendships. Bring along your own chair or blanket for a cozy spot to work. Pack a snack, some water, and sun protection.
Let’s celebrate creativity, connection, and the joy of making together! This event is FREE! Grab your supplies, gather your friends, and join us for a sunny day of crafting and camaraderie at Wash Park.
RSVP isn’t required, but it’s helpful for me to know how many tables to set up. RSVP’ing on Eventbrite also means you’ll get updates - like where in Wash Park we’re setting up. Follow @mendandbend on IG for updates in my stories.
RSVP on Eventbrite HERE.
EDIT: We have a location! We'll be amongst some shady trees on the east side of Wash Park. It's very close to the Franklin/Mississippi entrance. Please see the image below. For an exact location, head to: 39°41'48.6"N 104°58'09.5"W.
