All Levels Yoga at Living Yoga

Alice Rasmussen will be substitute teaching today’s class. In-person ONLY is available.

Level 1 and up are welcome to attend. Classes build on yoga asana foundations. You must be familiar with the basics.

Yoga is known to bring a wide range of benefits with some common benefits being physical strength and stability, improved mobility, mental clarity and focus, better sleep, stress reduction (which supports and strengthens the immune system), and a greater sense of overall well being.
