If you sit a lot without much movement, you may be experiencing back, shoulder, and/or neck paint, not to mention tight and stiff hips and legs. If that sounds familiar, I welcome you to try out yoga designed for you. This class is an Iyengar-based yoga class for all levels. That means we’ll focus on the structure of each pose rather than flowing from one pose to the next in quick succession. You may register by sending me a text or email with your name, the date you will be attending, and your Venmo or PayPal username. You must register at least 30 minutes before class starts. The fee is $15, and you may pay via Venmo, PayPal, or cash. Please arrive 10 minutes before class so that we may begin right on time at 7:15pm. The front doors of the building are locked at this time, so I will be sure to let you in between 7:00 and 7:10.
