This Level 1 class will focus on the foundation and welcomes brand new beginners and those new to the Iyengar method of yoga. Students will practice fundamental asanas and learn the essential actions within standing poses, seated poses, twists, forward extensions, backward extensions, and beginner inversions. My class will focus on healthy backs, and if you have scoliosis or other back issues, I will attend to those in this class.
This class is available only in-studio unless there is inclement weather. If needed, I’ll email you the Zoom link prior to class.
Class meets on Thursdays, 5:45-7:00pm MST. Please email, text, or call me for the door code to the building.
