Level 1 Yoga at Living Yoga

Level 1 classes build on yoga asana foundations. This is ideal for those newer to yoga, but who are familiar with the basics. We’ll deepen the practice by exploring a different pose family each week.

Yoga is known to bring a wide range of benefits with some common benefits being physical strength and stability, improved mobility, mental clarity and focus, better sleep, stress reduction (which supports and strengthens the immune system), and a greater sense of overall well being.

Living Yoga’s studio is a Fully Vaccinated Facility and must verify proof of full vaccination before entry. To do this, you can email me or info@livingyogadenver.com a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card. If you have yet to be vaccinated, I invite you to join through the virtual Live-Stream option.
