Level 1 Yoga at Living Yoga

Level 1 classes focus on the foundation. This is ideal for those newer to yoga.

Yoga is known to bring a wide range of benefits with some common benefits being physical strength and stability, improved mobility, mental clarity and focus, better sleep, stress reduction (which supports and strengthens the immune system), and a greater sense of overall well being.
