Level 2 Yoga at Living Yoga Denver

Sara is substitute teaching for Kelly Moore at this Level 2 Iyengar Yoga class.

Deepen your practice of yoga through explorations of asana and the other eight limbs. Building from your foundation, prepare to expand your awareness, refine your practice, and challenge your limits with a discerning mind.

A minimum of 6 months of steady yoga practice is recommended.

This class is available both in-person and virtually. Please visit Living Yoga’s site to register.

Living Yoga’s studio is a Fully Vaccinated Facility and must verify proof of full vaccination before entry. To do this, you can email me or info@livingyogadenver.com a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card. If you have yet to be vaccinated, I invite you to join through the virtual Live-Stream option.
