This Level 1 class will focus on the foundation and welcomes brand new beginners and those new to the Iyengar method of yoga. Students will practice fundamental asanas and learn the essential actions within standing poses, seated poses, twists, forward extensions, backward extensions, and beginner inversions. This is an encouraging way to begin your yoga practice and open the door to a wide range of benefits.
This is a hybrid class: it is available both in-person and online via live-stream.
