Start Your Week Yoga at Living Yoga Denver

Sara is substitute teaching for Kelly Moore at this All Levels Monday morning class.

This All-Levels yoga class welcomes those newer to yoga as well as those more experienced.

Yoga, known for the benefits of overall well-being, reducing physical pain, managing stress, and enhancing mental clarity, is a practice that can meet you just where you are.

Through physical postures, movement, and guided attention, common benefits experienced are a balance of strength and flexibility, improved stability and stamina, optimal mobility, increased energy, and a feeling of peace and calm.

Following registration, an email with the class details and studio protocols will be sent to you.

Living Yoga’s studio is a Fully Vaccinated Facility and must verify proof of full vaccination before entry. To do this, you can email me or info@livingyogadenver.com a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card. If you have yet to be vaccinated, I invite you to join through the virtual Live-Stream option.
