Evening Community Yoga at Town Hall Collaborative

I am thrilled to bring yoga to Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe at Town Hall Collaborative.

This Iyengar yoga class is focused on guided attention to asanas (postures), so that you can create physiological well being and build a connection between your body and mind. This method of yoga, created by B.K.S. Iyengar (1918-2014), prioritizes proper alignment of the body and structure of the asana so that we can maintain the poses while respecting the body’s boundaries. We’ll work through a safe and systematic progression of asanas, and with practice we’ll develop flexibility, strength, mobility, and stability. All levels of experience are welcome.
